Previously Click and Collect is often been on the date stated when order is placed, or even a day or two before, but on my last Click and Collect, the date that I chose to collect my item passed, and no updates received. I was very frustrated as I planned my day around the Click and Collect. My order was then available later in the afternoon on the the next day, still with no apology.
I was not happy, and feel that some extra Bonus Points would not go amiss for the inconvenience.
