received them. Told I had returned them. After a long, long, long time on WhatsApp calls to various people in Kenya regarding a refund on items I have not received and being asked continuously to log into my banking app, put my card details in, approve something regarding me "sending" over £700 on another app, I became very anxious and worried and ended the call. Why should a refund, for something I have not received, be so stressful?? Why can't I just speak to somebody in this country to refund my money?
