Item broken.
Call :customer service, on hold for one hour, operator tells me the hold length I'd usual, ask for a recording of the call to be emailed to me and the operating hangs up on me.
Contact via Facebook messenger, anas sends a replacement but refuses to address the call issue.
Replacement arrives broken

Noone at asda takes responsibility .
I have asked to speak to managers. Ut that has been refused.
Anas claimed not to have a manager.
I have been really appalled by the lack of accountability.
Anas said that the call centre was overseas, as though I should not be complaining about this, this is an Asda employee with an Asda customer it is an Asda customer service issue.
