I ordered an item in early October, which has not yet arrived mid December. This is furniture and is badly needed but it is Impossible to get through to find out when order will be despatched - George informs "we will send an email." Finally after 5 calls was told it had been "sent back to distributors due to its long length in warehouse"!! It is now being "escalated" - what does this mean in plain English. First and last time shopping with this company.
If this was my business I would be seriously concerned about the inefficiency of the staff to even send an email letting me know when to expect my item, which incidentally was paid for up front....
