Had a prepay sim for casual use. Good deal. Contacted their support via phone 3 times in 3 months asking for replacement sim card (original deactivated due to a change @ their end apparently), each time I was told I'd receive a new 1 within a week. Never did. Last time I was told I would also receive a voucher for the remaining credit on my original sim card. I've also contacted them via Twitter and sent 2 messages via their website contact form. They kept fobbing me off. Last time, via Twitter, they asked me to call support and said they would send a survey, which I never got. Empty promises.
