This must be the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. From week 2 I was getting requested for more proof of address. I provided a grand total of 12 forms of address proof. Even after this granditude of proof they were disatisfied and informed me they would cancel my policy. I have later been on the phone about 20 times trying to sort this out. My policy is with Entire cover who operate as a front for xpect insurance who take the insurance from marker study group. Its so multi-layered its almost impossible to speak to anyone who can make any decision for you. I have now had to contact the fanancial ombudsman to attempt to sort this, but there is ever chance I will have no insurance in a month, be in debit to them and have to pay out start up fees with another insurer... I BY NO MEANS RECOMMEND ASDA AS THEY CLEARLY HAVE TIES WITH INCOMPETENT COMPANIES THAT WILL MAKE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE A PAIN FOR YOU.... Good luck to anyone who ends up with the same policy, really it is stressful.
