I chose AQUOTE for my insurance,and sent no claims proof. They wrote to me on the 4th Sept., saying they had cancelled the policy on the 3rd Sept. I received this letter on the 11th Sept, a week after they had cancelled my policy. My original policy was for £67, they now Demanded £95 for the cancellation. They said no proof was sent, I do have a Email proof. They were trying to rip me off, so I have complained to the Ombudsman and sent my details to them. If you require more details regarding AQUOTE please let me know. I have a feeling this company is used to being under hand, and use this tactic to get more money from customers.
