I saw an ad for "Asda Insurance" and contacted them for a quote. This was entirely misleading. It is not insurance from Asda, it's Asda cashing in on the compare the market type model - they "find" insurance for you. Frankly I'm sick and tired of this type of misleading marketing, and always get a better deal from going direct to the insurer (no website commission fees). Oh, one last thing, Asda don't even arrange cover, they give you a reference and tell you to contact the insurer they've found for you yourself!!!!! What's the bl@@dy point? Makes them a commission, but inflates the price and wastes customers time! Misleading time wasting dishonest rubbish! Don't use!!!!!
