I was asked by customer service to speak with manager of store as I requested refund. The person who come as manager was wearing dirty clothes, fleece with no badge name, he did not introduce himself and the way he has spoken to me was extremely unprofessional. He could explain me the same thing in different ways but instead he choose to be discusting and rude. I am an autistic person and sarcasm it is something I do not recognised, but he thought it would be great fun to tell yet another client to F.O in funny way. So far I never had issues in the shop with anything or anyone but today experience with someone who looked like he just roll on the ground in the rain on parking lot but said his manager, make me not want to go to this store ever again. Rude and ignoring way of talking to anyone is not acceptable. For him maybe £53 is nothing but for me it is my whole week food shopping and I want those money back. Asda your MANAGER of shop is absolutely horrible disrespectful to others person. Change that cos no customers should be treated like that.
