Took a Tassimo coffee maker that was faulty leaking red hot coffee &water after 3weeks if use .couldn't find receipt .have still got it .but couldn't find it on the day.Cusyomer service straight away called for a Supervisor.who blateetly said without your receipt even if it's leaking hit fluid .I can't get a exchange or refund .I didn't want a refund. But she was so rude & intimating .I'm nearly 70 yrs .Have worked in retail for over 70 yrs for Top retailers .Never in my career.have I
ever spoken to a customer as bad & rude as she did ..Going back to Tesco .Asda big mistake .You want to give your so called Supervisors more training on how to speak to customers .Who keep them in a job 👍😔
