Even though I love my Titan, I am unable to close the lid when I use the top tier. Which is disappointing due to the fact where we live there are always sand storms in the desert and you absolutely cannot cook with the lid open unless you want to eat sand. Directions could have been better, finally found out what the small piece was for. Plus my grill came with damage on the top. Other than that it's not bad, will definitely use it again.
