Supposedly my first box was damaged so I had to have another shipped. I am not blaming Titan necessarily but the so called second shipped box was torn all to pieces as well. I have not checked all items to see if any of them are damaged yet. Titan might want to consider getting a more heavy duty box for shipping heavier, larger products. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful you were willing to ship but may just want to use better shipping materials.
