You guys shipped out 6 1/2” thick plates with the biggest being 10” in diameter. You sent them in a box that is approx 10” high by 13” wide and almost 20” long with no packing at all. The box had been busted open and someone had to use packing tape to wrap the entire box and still almost busted open again. Might want to think about better packaging for this type of content. Could have been box 4” tall by 12” square. SMH.
