I was unhappy that when I got on the website it offered me 5% off at checkout but didn’t apply the 5%. I immediately wrote customer service and they said - We are unable to apply the discount code to your order as it is already processed. It felt like false advertising. I like the grill, I would recommend it to friends but I would warn them about my experience as well.
