I like the fire pit. It is heavy-duty and looks to be well-made. The ordering and shipping process was very efficient and it arrived much sooner than I expected. I received e-mail notices at every step to keep me informed. Why not 5 stars? As with a prior fire pit that I ordered, the packaging was destroyed during shipment. I was unsure if the unit was damaged until I finished cutting the box away. What saved the unit from damage was the interior foam panels which seem to have protected the unit from damage even though the box was destroyed. Possibly reinforcing the corners of the box somehow might prevent them from bursting while being shipped.
