The grill was delivered out of the box. Box was completely destroyed in transit and set left to the side of grill. Have not tried to install it yet. I have photos of the way it was left at the door. This product needs much better packaging. It was all scratched and the handle was slightly bent. I'll let you know if there is any more damage when it gets installed. I'm also getting to many emails which is somewhat irritating.
