Product packing was poor, the box arrived in rough shape. The hardware was missing, likely fell out of the open ends of the box. Instructions were not clear or thoughtful for step-by-step.
Customer service said they couldn't t expedite the missing parts but rather asked if I could buy my own hardware and send in the receipt.
Overall not a great experience for me.
