I bought several teak furniture items from Ash & Ember recently. Generally it went pretty well. The website did not list the weight capacity for the chairs and bench, and I called to seek that information. The tech I was transferred to advised the manual did not specify that, and he would get back to me. Eventually he did via email , though it took several days. In the meantime I ordered the products anyway. On another occasion I called about something else and the tech was very good about assisting. I like the items, now assembled and in use and would order from them again.
