We ordered a teak table and it arrived very quickly. The only problem is there were a couple of small dents in the table top. They were obvouisly there when the table was packed bacause there was no damage to the packaging and the parts were well padded inside. The company offered 10% compensation and we countered with 20% (which came to $96) and they accepted. We wish the table didn't have any dents but they were pretty small so we are happy. The company was very responsive.
