The 4 chairs I purchase went down in price by $33 each a few days after I got them. When I called CS, I was told there was a 7-day price adjustment policy that I missed by 2 days. When asked where this policy was posted I was told I had to search for it using a chat box and it wasn’t posted where the other policies are. Macy Santos in CS was getting quite snarky until I asked for the CEO’s name. I actually went to the Ash and Ember website to do more shopping when I discovered the price change. I was a repeat customer, but not anymore. I will post my frustrations on Facebook and any other online outlets that I can.
