Ordering a custom wallet was challenging. There's always something off each shipment of the wallet which per longed the entire experience. Even at the final shipment, they had the vertical card slots on the wrong side. Why final? A couple of reasons: 1. It had already been 3 months since I purchased the wallet and I couldn't wait for another month risking yet again another chance the order gets screwed up 2. The material is high quality and even though it's not the wallet I wanted, it's still a great wallet. It would have been nice if it had worked out. If I knew things would not have work out, I would have just bought a wallet that was off the shelf; it would have saved me money. I don't know what's going on with the qa, but something's gotta give. Never once did they get it right. I don't think I'll ever order a custom wallet from ashland leathers again. I don't mind ordering whatever they have in stock, though.
