Product is excellent. It is actually my 2nd wallet in 6 months or so. 1st one I bought was just getting broken in when my new puppy chewed the corner off. I sent photo in with request for break on another replacement wallet. Got qick reply, which was excellent. Sent me a code for 10% off, which I thought was limp. Especially since I got another code shortley thereafter for 10% off out of the blue, couldn't stack them. So in essence I received no servive, but lip service. Then dinging me for shipping to boot. I went ahead and replaced wallet because I really liked it, was going to buy some belts because wallet was so nice. Don't think I will be now. I want to be taken care of as a customer. I can just go to WorldCorp for same service and not pay premium.
The product is really nice, the response time for service was excellent, If there was more meat on the bone in the actual response offered.............hence the loss of a Star.
All because of that frigging Puppy, but you can tell a lot about folks when you reach out for an assist.
