Great experience with customer service. Was able to change the speed of shipping after the order.
That said, if im paying $400 for a shell wallet, I wouldn’t need to condition it once I get it. The leather was somewhat dry - I’ll need to hit it with cordovan conditioner. This is an easy solution and im not going to hit your review on that because the overall construction of the wallet is fantastic and so is the customer service. Just wanted to let you know about the need for conditioning to maintain the leather’s suppleness
