Matt has been very helpful and responsive with my emails. I purchased a Vault Keyholder and Bugs Moran wallet. I love the Vault and have been using it daily for my work/house keys. I really like how easy it is to use, requires no special tools to install the keys, and leather smells amazing. The Bugs Moran was a nice compact design but seeing it in person I came to terms with the fact that it would not be able to carry the amount of cash I like having on hand. I plan on buying a Tony the Ant wallet since that is a similar design to the Bugs Moran but has the cash compartment. Overall I appreciate the customer service and I look forward to carrying an Ashland Leather wallet for life.
