Quite disappointed with the main part of this order. I was refunded the personalization cost for the wallet with no explanation. The purpose of the order was to replace my boyfriends current leather wallet with one that had his initials. This is a birthday present and now I have to scramble to find something else (after already spending a lot on this) because there is no point in gifting a new wallet without the initials, as it's almost identical to his current wallet. Completely ruined the entire point of the gift with zero explanation from the company as to why they couldn't personalize it. The comb and key holder were nice, but overall, pretty upset and likely will not be a repeat customer or recommend. I'd highly suggest reaching out to customers to explain the reason for not fulfilling paid personalizations instead of just refunding. It felt very careless and lazy on ashlands part. I'm now stuck with a random wallet that won't be used. I would gladly ship the wallet back in its original packaging if I could be refunded the cost of the wallet.
