If I could give them a zero star I would. I bought a bed frame from Ashley furniture with an extended warranty. A bolt on the bed broke from me sleeping on it. So, I contacted customer support got an overly short answer of "call these guys." I did and "those guys", their warranty department, told me that they do not warranty their furniture for defects and that there was nothing they could do. After complaining on Google, the company reached out and offered to sell me a replacement part. Begrudgingly, I agreed to hear them out and see what a replacement would cost but then they never got back to me. Once this place has your money, they do nothing to help you out. AVOID THEM!
