I can’t say how fantastic the service was that I received after I had an issue with recieving my product from Beautility. First I will say that it was not the company but the USPS who said that I received it when I did not. When I contacted the owner she was very pleasant and did everything possible to make sure that I received what I paid for. She contacted me numerous times trying to find out what happened and made sure that I was satisfied. I love my product and it works like it claims to. I purchased the BeautyScoop. It is amazing and gets each drop of lotion, cream, or liquid that it claims to. I already see the savings and swear by this product. Michelle was the most pleasant woman to deal with and made me feel valued as a first time customer. I diffinately will be supporting her business and told all of my friends to go to her site and support her. She followed up until she knew I received it and I don’t see this level of customer service unfortunately with business in America with the exception of Amazon. Love this company and wish her all the continued success. It’s not very good it is EXCELLENT!!! And I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a happy customer I am 😊😁 Thanks Michelle you rock!
