I ordered 2 items - a leather satchel and a short-handled basket, each from a different supplier. Both items were delivered within the specified time-frame. The basket was well protected with bubble-wrap and the leather satchel was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a black ribbon. I think both products are good value for money and the site description was an accurate representation of the actual item. I would definitely shop on the site again - a mooch around shows they have some different items, good with Christmas just around the corner!
