I ordered some Christmas crackers on the 16th December. I still haven't received them. It is totally unacceptable because they were quick enough to take my money!
When I've requested a refund, Ben's sent me an email with a returns label attached.
I WOULD RETURN THEM IF I HAD THEM IN MY POSSESSION TO RETURN!!
I' m left without my order and without a refund so therefore, I won't be using this site again!!!
