ASL Solicitors is taking money from vulnerable people in Birmingham and not giving them the help and support they needed. The staff is very rude and disrespectful to customer. I've had a bad experience hiring ASL solicitors between April 2017 and April 2018. They failed to provide me with a satisfactory service and when I complaint to the manager and owner of the firm, I didn't happy with the way he responding to my complaint. He also failed to provide me with the details of the legal ombudsman service. I would never recommend my family and friends to ASL solicitors.
