Well, look. Convenience and choice aside, ASOS has some of the worst and dodgiest customer service going. They have screwed up multiple times with me over the years, but recently they refunded half what was owed, then when they finally refunded the rest, they sent it to my ex’s card, after telling me they’d send it to my PayPal (I have screenshots of this, but they told me they don’t care and they’re keeping my money). So, yeah. Shop with caution, because they don’t care about their customers at all.
