I’m quite disappointed with ASOS and customer service.
I have placed my order on Friday 26th to be delivered next day Saturday 27th. I have paid for the famous “premium next day delivery” and it didn’t arrive. I have been in contact with customer service several times demanding my refund for the delivery but I received different excuses from them. My parcel is gonna arrive on Friday 2nd ( 8 days later) when I paid £10 for the premium next day delivery. At the moment I didn’t get the refund for the delivery. Very unprofessional.
