Ordered a pair of boots to be received the next day. When I got them they had sent me two right feet so I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't replace them until I'd sent them back, which I had to organise (but was told "it's free :)" ). I sent them back the very next day but they took 5 days to reach ASOS and I was refunded. I had to contact them (they never informed me) to be told the boots had now sold out but was told "sorry but I hope you have a nice day." I never got the impression that ASOS were at fault or really cared with it and overall I was massively inconvenienced for it! Extremely bad service!!
