This company has no customer service at all.
Their incompetence ruined my daughters 13th birthday as the parcel has gone missing and they are refusing to refund me to allow me to buy alternative gifts.
Keep telling me to wait until the end of the next day.
Sending me tracking links that don't work and telling me my item is at a delivery office that doesn't even exist.
My own tracking shows the item is stuck at main depot.
I contacted carrier to be told can't find parcel and to contact seller.
Asos refusing to help.
