I've been a client of Asos for more than 5 years and i've never experienced any troubles! Firstly their website is organised so well and makes it very easy (maybe a little bit too easy) too shop. There is so much choice as well! Clothes, accessories, bags, shoes etc. from numerous brands and it always suprises me that anything (no matter the price) has a very decent quality! Because Asos is located in the UK (and therefore inside the EU-region) I don't have to pay any extra shipping costs and that actually does save a lot of money... In all those years I never reshipped anything and I think I wear their clothes almost daily, so they've been making me very happy (and clothed) for a while now!
