My order was not delivered. After an investigation ASOS claimed the courier recalls handing the parcel to me. Not sure how they can see that, being that they never met me, and does not explain why the parcel was signed for by a bloke despite my being female......
In any case, item was not delivered to me. Nonethless Asos have kept my money and refused to refund.
