I ordered ASOS brand boots from ASOS.com. When I got my parcel I found out that my boots are in fault quality. I directly contacted to ASOS Custom Care service and they assure that the refund cost which I pay will be refunded me. It has been second month how I returned boots and I still have not received my refund back. I have contacted them 4 times and all times they assured that the refurn is on my way. Asos servise is really extremely bad - do not recommend.
