I received the wrong item. Instead of a red jumper, I received a red t-shirt. I have complained and the 2 options I have is going to the post and delivering myself or asking Hermes to collect the item. Problem n1: I can't go outside due to health issues + COVID situation. Problem n2: I don't have a printer. The question here is why do I need to solve THEIR PROBLEM? They don't pay me for that. I am wasting my time, my energy and getting nervous. I just want my money back and if they want they can come to collect their T-shirt. I understand that if I want to return an item because it doesn't suits me or because I don't like it, I should move to do it. But this is NOT MY MISTAKE. So basically I am being ripped off.
