first time ordering from ASOS and everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. was shocked at the terrible customer service (days/weeks of wait time for a reply, or even no reply at all), the “track my parcel” button in the email didn’t work, the app never updated the location of my order (the status was still “processing” after I had already received it), the package was supposed to be left at my door but the shipping company decided to hold it back at the post office where I paid $40 CAD in “customs fees” (I have never had to pay customs fees from any other overseas stores EVER), the sizing was really weird and quality of clothes wasn't anything special honestly... same quality as F21 or H&M at most!! delivery date was set for April 24th, got it on may 1st so not a HORRIBLE wait time considering the global situation. extremely disappointed, don’t even find joy wearing any of the clothes after all I had to go through but can’t even think of returning hearing others’ refund horror stories so gonna have to suck it up and just warn everyone :(
