Mixed feelings. For years I have ordered and everything went well, I got some nice items. But a year ago it changed. I had a series of bad experiences, from a coat that I ordered but never arrived, to terrible, terrible customer service.
It is pretty much impossible to create a return. I am told, again & again, that I have to ship the item back to asos. But those bots can't seem to answer a simple question - WHAT ADDRESS DO I MAIL IT TO? How can I mail something to asos without knowing the address? Absurd.
