Asset ICT have offered my company excellent support for all our online activity for over 2 years now and I find their service second to none.
My computer closely monitors e-mails on a minute by minute time check and if an issue occurs with my website or my e-mails I am alerted immediately.
Therefore the poor people at Asset can sometimes get "Ticket " messages from me at 2am or 3am in the morning and still come back and help me resolve any issues that occur.
So a big thank you to James and the team :)
