If I could rate 0 or minus, I would. So unprofessional and didn't get what I asked for. I ordered a four-page paper where a specific topic was needed to discuss. It was time-sensitive, so I paid more for it to be done in 12 hours. When I received the assignment in the morning, there was half of it not even connected with the title, so naturally, I asked them to change it as soon as possible because I needed it by noon. They said no problem. At 1 pm, there was still no finished assignment, so I contacted them. I couldn't get through to them via email; no one was responding; on live chat, no one told me anything except "the assignment is being revised." I called there, and they were telling me the exact same thing. I was waiting till 4 pm and couldn't believe what I got. They changed the subtitle of the incorrectly written part but didn't even change one comma, so the text stayed the same. I don't know how someone dares to do something like that. I demanded a refund as I didn't get what I paid for even remotely, but of course, no one responded. I failed a class because of them. I hope that other people see this and don't decide for them because they won't do what you pay them.
