I arrived at their door with a load of little economic but irreplaceable sentimental value. I was late, harried by my own lack of paperwork and strung-out by the day i'd had. Steve, perhaps bemused by this novel customer problem needing a solution, quietly smiling, got it crated, loaded and safely out of the weekend weather and, promptly next business day, saw it on it's way. I don't want to suggest you roll up disorganized like me: I think I brought them unusual, unnecessary work. I do suggest you entrust Steve and his co-workers your crating needs. Good work should go to good folk. It's that simple.
