I've purchased a couple of items through their website. Once they arrived, an additional 60% was charged from FedEx. I wanted to return the items and receive a refund. However, I NEVER got an answer from their customer service.
I've done my research and most of these expenses are related to FedEx protocols and documentations. Therefore, if they had used a different courier service, the additional charges won't exist.
The free shipping promotion is a SCAM! The customer service is not replying to my emails.
Extremely disappointed, no products and I've lost my money.
