It all started last month or so I called to have my sister's phone replaced because of damage and after going through the process with an agent I was wondering where replacement was because it hasn't arrived so I call to follow-up an find out he had hee service disconnected and canceled. I am livid I've been working on now reapplying and have done so since Fri all I get from these people is " I'm sorry I understand don't worry your sister will get new phone". How I've done 6 applications and I'm sick of these Q scheme no respect for an over 10yr. User plus my sister is mentally special.
