My phone was broken over a week ago. I have had to call in 4 different times because their website does not offer to make a model on my phone. They denied the claim. Because I could not give them the proper make and model even though it's their website's issue. It has taken now 2 different phone calls and 6 different people to get this finally updated properly supposedly. And now I'm supposed to wait another 2 to 3 business days to hear back whether or not it's actually going to go throughto And the kicker is there's 0 repercussion. There is nothing that I can do to cause this company any repercussion for their poor customer service. Aside from come on here and file a bad review, I do not know anyone to speak to over all of the mishandling of an insurance claim that I have. Encountered with this one problem and the sad part is. I've been paying insurance to these people for I know well over 3 years on probably at least 4 phones most of that time and recently had put insurance on all the phones on my plan. And this is the very first time i've ever had to have a Claim filed
