I received a phone from Assurance Wireless, but did not activate it and called for authorization to return the phone. I was approved to return the phone, I was given a case number, and I was told I had to wait for a return label to use to return the phone for refund. I was told I would receive the return label in 7-10 business days. It has been 10+ days and I have not received the return label. I called them back after many attempts to speak with a person and requested they refund my $79.99. I was told the return was "under review". They could have provided a courtesy call to explain the delay, but instead I had to make multiple calls to them. Do NOT purchase an Assurance phone. It will cause you much stress and many headaches. Once they receive your money they are done with you.
