Well my account was topped off 7/17/24 and on the 24th of July my service was interrupted, well they claimed some stole my info and turned on service with another carrier. It was a barefaced lie! They issued me a number to another address showing me with 2 phone lines. I got confirmation from the 'verifier ' that the mistakes was theirs!! So, they shutdown my service and wanted me to re-apply. I spoke to 7 customer service reps and they all told me something different, over talked me not hearing what I was saying!! This is the second time they've done this!! They try to talk you up for a good review and once it's done.you later find out! No order was put in and you're being told something else! So I'm requesting that all my info be deleted from their systems!! Don't use this service!! Reps lie like a RUG!!
