I have been a loyal customer for a good while. The screen on my phone cracked. I called and asked if I could get another phone. I was told no but I could go out and buy a new phone and they would hook it up. I am 75 and on a fixed budget. That was one of the reasons I was using assurance. The person was rude and the only thing he could say was they had a policy they had to go by and he would not go by anything else. Maybe I need to look into other programs.
