I used to love assurance it was the best lifeline service you could get but recently I've had the worst experience ever my phones service the customer service and even a supervisor I spoke to now I'm not normally one to be a Karen but when your talking down to me and repeating the same thing over and over again like it answers my question when it very clearly doesn't and offering ZERO assistance I have a issue by far the worst interaction I've had dealing with customer service anywhere I received zero help and I've worked in customer service for years this was just sad
